BIG THINGS ARE AHEAD FOR RED DEVIL NATION!🤘
Russell Independent Schools is excited to share plans for a new multipurpose training facility designed to create more opportunities for all Russell students.
This facility is being planned as a space that can serve students across our district. From athletics to extracurricular programs beyond the playing field, the goal is to provide flexible spaces where our students can practice, train, collaborate, and grow.
Plans include a full-size hardwood court, an indoor turf field, a fitness and weight-lifting area, locker rooms, equipment and program storage, and flexible practice and activity space that can accommodate a wide variety of programs. The facility will also feature retractable volleyball nets and a large divider curtain, allowing multiple activities and programs to utilize the space.
The project also includes plans for an outdoor amphitheater and an additional outdoor football practice field, further expanding opportunities for our students and school community.
This project is about creating opportunities. It is an investment in the many talents, interests, sports, and activities that make up Red Devil Nation and will provide spaces where our students and programs can thrive.
We are incredibly grateful to the Russell Independent Board of Education for their vision, commitment, and continued investment in our kids. Their dedication to looking ahead, identifying the needs of our students, and creating opportunities for their future is what makes projects like this possible.
Thank you to alt32 Architecture for helping bring that vision to life through the design of this exciting project.
These renderings offer a first look at what is being planned, and we look forward to sharing more as the project moves forward.
The future is bright in Red Devil Nation! 🔥
